What can I expect from Da Vinci: Machines and Robotics?

Explore the mind of the greatest genius of all time in this hands-on interactive exhibition for all ages! This unique and extensive da Vinci exhibition on loan from the Museum of Leonardo da Vinci (Florence – Italy) features more than sixty exhibits including unique robots, war machines, flying contraptions, and civil and hydraulic inventions as well as an extensive art gallery of reproduction masterpieces and facsimile codices revealing his hand-drawn notes and designs.

Where is the experience located?

The Security Building 117 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL33132.

Regarding public transportation we are conveniently located:

1. One block West of the First Street Metro Mover Station

2. Two blocks East of the METRORAIL Government Center Station.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

Indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60-90 minutes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes it is. Everything has a readable explanation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted without permission.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition?

Yes.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets can be purchased on site, subject to availability.

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.
• On the Fever website

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes, we offer special prices for seniors, students, and military personnel. Valid ID will be required at entry.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Da Vinci: Machine and Robotics can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please select the size of your group from the ticketing page. If the size exceeds the maximum limit, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within (enter time period)

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, you may be asked to briefly wait depending on capacity, though your ticket will be honored.

Can I bring animals?

ADA designated service animals are allowed, but pets, unfortunately, are not.

Is there an age requirement?

There is no age requirement.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the venue is ADA accessible.

Is there parking available?

Yes.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Alcohol, outside food and beverage, firearms, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Can I leave and come back?

Aside from using restrooms, there is no re-entry. Please see staff with any questions.
